Northern California Intergroup ..San Francisco, CA02May 6, 2022First to ReviewWhat a disappointment! Would never do business with them again. They never explained things and we ended up in a contract that cost us so much money for a product that eventually wouldn't work and their "maintenance" agreement couldn't even fix so it was a colossal waste of our meager resources!! The sales reps were a joke, unresponsive and as soon as they were "done" with our contract all their promises to help us finish our contract were useless! Despite multiple calls for weeks on end they never fulfilled any of those promises to help us. We've switched to a local business office company and have been treated way way better! We've since heard from other companies in town that they had similar bad dealings with Ray Morgan; and we encouraged them to write reviews so people are aware what a lousy outfit they are and how poorly they perform!!
