Excellent food, always fresh and easy to go packaging. Soups are delicious and the salmon patties are fantastic and heat up to a crispy delight

I normally love this place. The food is very fresh expensive, but you get what you pay for it, right? Well when you order takeout the orders are significantly smaller and this place is already expensive. My recommendation is to get dine in!

Food is good and fresh. Their Chico Rice Salad is the best!! They are going to cater my daughters wedding and I can't wait!

Food was ok . But the man behind the register made me want to never come back . He made me feel unwelcome and barely heated my food up I had to reheat once I left .

Doesn't look like much from the outside but it has the best grab and go lunch in Chico! My favorite is the GF mac and cheese and polenta lasagna. There are healthy salad options too and an amazing cheese selection. I also really love the new owner, Erika. She gives to the shelter when they have left overs. If you get a chance be sure to stop in!

Every business in town turned me down because I wasn't a big enough party to cater to. With only a month to spare, Bacio went above and beyond to make our graduation party a success!!! Excellent customer service!!! Everyone raved about the food and it was ready for pickup exactly on time, on the dot! It was cooked to order right before pickup so the food had not been lying around prior. You can't get any fresher. Now that we know about this place, we definitely will be returning. Love their food

Went for lunch for the first time today and was sadly super disappointed. I ordered the Baccio Bahn Mi sandwich, but they were all out of the pulled pork, so they made it with tofu instead (sad, but not devastating). The sandwich was SUPER dry and missing the kimchi that it's advertised to come with. The bread crumbled apart with every bite and again was super dry. There was no flavor on this sandwich. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back or recommending this place to anyone anytime soon. :(

I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible! The owner is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She catered a family member's wedding a few years back and during the set up of the cakes, the owner took one of them and placed it outside in the June sun, ruining it with the heat. She treated those at my table with disdain and contempt. Her wait staff was nice, but that couldn't make up for how rude the owner was to other guests.

I will never eat there and I will suggest to anyone that they reconsider before booking bacio for their events. Yes, the food was ok (not phenomenal) but does that make up for horrible customer service???

Ordered their Valentine's dinner and it did not disappoint. Was beautiful, delicious, and very easy to reheat. The portions were good sized and everything was really really good from the appetizer to the dessert. The kids meals were also very large and tasty. Totally worth the money. Will order again next year but planning to go in and try other things soon!

Bacio catered our wedding this past June (2018) and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Kelli was an absolute rockstar who went above and beyond the typical duties of a caterer, acting as our de-facto wedding planner, organizing tons of the small details and coordinating details with rental companies, staff and more. The food was exceptional (we still get comments from friends asking us about the food, specifically the curry bar and appetizers) and the service throughout the day was even better.

I would happily recommend Bacio to anyone hosting a large party or event in Chico/Butte Country. Their combination of great service and high quality food made them a joy to work with.
